How Jason Sudeikis Really Feels About His Split From Olivia Wilde

Breaking up is always hard to do, and it looks like Jason Sudeikis isn't taking his split from Olivia Wilde well. As previously reported by Nicki Swift, the Hollywood couple broke up in early 2020 and called off their engagement after seven years of being together. Per an insider, Wilde and Sudeikis are said to be focused on co-parenting their son, Otis Alexander, and daughter, Daisy Josephine.

While the details surrounding Wilde and Sudeikis' split is still a little fuzzy, an insider told People that Sudeikis is "heartbroken" over his split from Wilde. "There is still a lot of love there, and he would like to have hope that maybe there's a way for them to repair things," the source said of the Ted Lasso star. "But what happens next remains to be seen." The realization of the relationship's end is a hard pill to swallow for Sudeikis, one not made easier by later developments. Olivia Wilde, however, seems to be taking the break up well, with a new shoulder to cry on.

Olivia Wilde is reportedly dating Harry Styles

In a rather interesting turn of events surrounding Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde's relationship woes, it looks like Olivia Wilde is moving on. Following the news of the two actors' split, Wilde is reportedly linked to former One Direction singer Harry Styles. In early January 2021, a source confirmed to People that Wilde and Styles have been "dating for a few weeks" after the two were photographed holding hands at a mutual friend's wedding in Montecito, Calif (via Page Six). Styles, who is 10 years Wilde's junior, is also set to star in the Booksmart director's sophomore directorial project, Don't Worry Darling

In November 2020, Wilde shared her enthusiasm that the "Watermelon Sugar" crooner would be joining her by starring in her "incredibly stylistic" movie. "[We] did a little victory dance when we heard that we officially had Harry in the film because we knew that he has a real appreciation for fashion and style," Wilde told Vogue. "And this movie is incredibly stylistic. It's very heightened and opulent, and I'm really grateful that he is so enthusiastic about that element of the process—some actors just don't care." Well, it looks like the movie wasn't the only thing that Styles and Wilde had in mind. Unfortunately for Jason Sudeikis, Wilde and Styles seem to be going strong, and don't have any reason to hide it.
