Although Teigen initially posted a photoset of her looking flawless in a green dress and black blazer, she opened up later about the hilarious wardrobe malfunction that went down behind the scenes.

Although Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's date night photoset looks normal at first glance, not everything was quite as it seemed. With Teigen dressed in a green cocktail dress, black blazer, and Tom Ford heels and Legend rocking a sleek tan jacket, the couple looked picture-perfect. As Teigen would later share on her Instagram story (via Page Six), the zipper to her sparkly dress was broken, leaving a gaping hole on the side of the dress. Fortunately, Teigen was also wearing an oversized blazer, which seamlessly covered up the broken zipper. We're not sure if the zipper broke before or after Teigen posted the photoset — but even if it was after, the model would have had us fooled with her flawless cover-up!
The wardrobe malfunction isn't the first time Teigen has hilariously shared a blooper from her life. On Jan. 21st, 2021, fresh off an exciting few days at the inauguration, Teigen posted about losing a tooth when eating a fruit roll-up. The model's lost tooth and dress malfunction aren't the first gaffes she's shared publicly — and we're sure they won't be the last, either.
