Christina Anstead Has Something To Say About Her Weight
HGTV star Christina Anstead has been going through a lot lately. In November 2020, she filed for divorce from her husband Ant after nearly two years of marriage, according to People. The couple announced their separation via Instagram on Sept. 18, 2020. In the post's caption, she wrote, "Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future."
Since that announcement, Anstead has still been keeping her fans updated through her Instagram posts, but one photo drummed up some concern for the TV personality. On Feb. 5, 2021, Anstead posted an Instagram mirror selfie that featured her dressed in black jeans and a black Chanel T-shirt taken in a bathroom. Many fans criticized Christina on the Coast star Christina Anstead's weight after she posted a mirror selfie, while dressed all in black, to Instagram on Feb. 5, 2021. Fans made comments such as, "Are you ok Christina?" and calling her "sad and thin" looking. Anstead responded to those comments in a pointed message via her IG Stories the next day.
On Feb. 6, she posted a story captioned, "Chill people — I eat, and I eat healthy," according to People. The publication also reported that Anstead said the following in the video: "So, people are commenting that I look really skinnier and I need to eat. This is actually the way that I've always weighed. You guys just watched me have babies and then go back to my original weight. So, don't worry. Everything's fine."
In September 2019, Anstead gave birth to her son Hudson London with Art Anstead. Previously, she had two children with her ex, Tarek El Moussa, her co-star on Flip or Flop.
