Khloé Kardashian and her NBA player boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, are ready to expand their family. The couple would love to give their soon-to-be 3-year-old daughter True a sibling. In a recent clip previewing the upcoming 20th and final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kardashian and Thompson are shown discussing their future family plans.
"In my head, when I was gonna have kids, I never ever imagined having an only child," Kardashian tells Thompson in the video. "Especially being on quarantine with her, I felt bad. She had no friends, she had nobody, because they were isolated even from each other... True is getting older. I just feel like it's now time to have another kid." Thompson was more than thrilled with the idea, saying, "That's what I like to hear." Thompson also has a 4-year-old son, Prince, with his ex Jordan Craig.
The Good American co-founder, who's been going through the process of freezing her eggs, is ready to turn those eggs into embryos with Thompson once he has free time in his schedule. "I think I'm ready to do the whole pregnancy thing again," Kardashian confessed in the clip. "This process might take time, I have no idea. I just think start the process, at least be prepared."
Backing up that notion of being "ready," an inside source told People in February 2021, "Khloé and Tristan still want to give True a sibling. It's a big priority for both of them. They really want it to work out."

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson quarantined together before getting back together in the summer of 2020, according to Us Weekly. This is the couple's second go-round at their relationship, which began back in 2016. The couple eventually broke up in 2018 after multiple cheating scandals broke, including one with Kylie Jenner's former best friend Jordyn Woods.
A source told People that the pair is stronger than ever, despite their distance due to work obligations. "In the past few months, Tristan has really shown Khloé that he has changed," the source claimed. "He is an amazing dad and partner. Khloé was always hoping that Tristan would come around. It's been very important for her to keep her family together for True's sake."
According to Hollywood Life, the Revenge Body star is open to the idea of marriage with the former Cleveland Cavaliers player. "Marriage has been a conversation as well, but he needs to continue overly proving himself in order for Khloe to continue taking that next step, not just for her, but for True [Thompson], their future family and the rest of her family," the insider spilled.
