Teresa Giudice purchased a $3.35 million home with her boyfriend

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice has a new mansion to call home. According to the Daily Mail, Teresa and her businessman boyfriend, Luis "Louie" Ruelas, purchased a $3.35 million estate in Montville, New Jersey. The property has seven bedrooms across more than 7,700-square feet — sounds like quite a bang for their buck. While Teresa and Ruelas publicly call the home a "business venture," she did put her family home on the market in September 2020, shortly following her divorce from ex Joe Giudice, per Realtor.com

Teresa's stone-laden mansion "boasts a six-car garage, a personal gym, movie theatre, and library across six sprawling acres of land," per the Daily Mail. The backyard features a custom pool and a hot tub. Ruelas is rumored to be the source of capital for the property, with Teresa acting as property manager, per TMZ. As the co-founder of the marketing company Digital Media Solutions, Ruelas no doubt had enough money to do so. It seems like these lovebirds found a beautiful nest to call home!
