Who Is The Woman Tristan Thompson Allegedly Cheated With, Sydney Chase?

Khloé Kardashian and her NBA boyfriend Tristan Thompson have had quite the on-again, off-again relationship. The pair, who began dating in 2016, made their first appearance as a couple at Flo Rida's birthday party in Miami in September of that year, per Insider. In December 2017, Khloé confirmed she was pregnant with her and Thompson's child and gave birth in April 2018, just days after a cheating scandal erupted around her baller beau (via Insider).

Despite TMZ footage that appeared to show Thompson kissing other women at a hookah lounge, Khloé seemingly tried to make things work with the father of her child. However, another cheating scandal followed in 2019, this time with Kylie Jenner's ex-best friend, Jordyn Woods. It seemed Khloé and Thompson were finally done for good — or were they? In March 2021, the Good American co-founder confirmed that she and Tristan were back together. "The ones that are meant to be are the ones who go through everything that is designed to tear them apart and they come out even stronger than they were before," Khloé captioned an Instagram post for Thompson's 30th birthday, which featured their adorable toddler, True.

But in April 2021, several media outlets, including Page Six, reported that Thompson had once again cheated on Khloé. This time around, the allegations came from model and social media star Sydney Chase, who claimed that she'd hooked up with Thompson only after he'd told her he was single.

Here's what you need to know about Sydney Chase.

Sydney Chase gained popularity on Instagram

According to her Instagram, Sydney Chase is a Los Angeles-based Instagram model who regularly posts body-baring snaps, much to the delight of her nearly 30,000 fans (a number that's growing in the wake of the scandal). Her account, which features a linktree directing users to Amazon, implies that she earns commissions for sales she makes. Chase also boasts over 19,000 followers on TikTok and has an active OnlyFans account. Radar reports that the model may have launched the risqué account just days before news of the cheating scandal hit, in order to capitalize on her sudden "popularity."

On April 23, Chase made an appearance on the podcast No Jumper, alongside gal pals Hayden Reilly, Richelle Vega, and former "American Idol" contestant Erika Perry, per The Sun. During the interview, she claimed that their hookup occurred in January 2021, although she'd believed Thompson to be single at the time. "I did not know he was in a relationship. He told me he was not in a relationship anymore," she said.

Chase may have been an under-the-radar IG model before this, but as of this writing, she definitely isn't incognito anymore.
