Jagger is currently reported to be dating top American ballerina Melanie Hamrick, who is 43 years his junior. According to The Sun, the pair met at a Rolling Stones concert in February 2014, while Jagger was in a long-term relationship with fashion designer L'Wren Scott. Jagger's relationship with Hamrick was revealed later that year.
In December 2016, Jagger and Hamrick welcomed a son named Deveraux. Devereaux was Hamrick's first child, and Jagger's eighth. Jagger also has seven children from four previous relationships that took place between 1971 and 1999. As of 2021, the 73-year-old Jagger also has five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, per CNN.

Mick Jagger had a highly publicized (and ultimately destructive) relationship with Marianne Faithfull
In 1965, Marianne Faithfull, the daughter of an Austrian baroness, recorded the hit single "As Tears Go By," which was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones. The following year, Faithfull and Jagger began a relationship that would go on to become one of the most highly publicized romances of the 1960s rock 'n' roll scene.
In February 1967, a British tabloid tipped off police that a party was happening at Richards' house in Sussex, per The New York Times. When the police arrived to raid the house, Faithfull had just taken a bath and was left with only dirty clothes, so she quickly wrapped herself in a rug. Richards and Jagger were arrested when the police found "a modest amount of drugs," but it was Faithfull who was left with the bad reputation.
"The newspapers wrote poison about me," Faithfull wrote in her 2007 memoir "Memories, Dreams & Reflections" (via The Guardian). "I was 19; too young and insecure to have all that hatred directed at me; I didn't know how to deal with it, so I turned it on myself... I was slandered as the wanton woman in the fur rug, while Mick was the noble rock star on trial."
According to the Belfast Telegraph, Jagger broke things off with Faithfull in 1970. The split left Faithfull broke and homeless, and she began using heroin shortly thereafter. Now back on her feet, Faithfull released the comeback album "She Walks in Beauty" in 2021.

Mick Jagger had his first child with Marsha Hunt
In 1969, London-based American model and actor Marsha Hunt was asked to appear in a promotional photoshoot for the Rolling Stones' single "Honky Tonk Woman." According to the Independent, she refused "in consideration of her position as a role model for [B]lack women."
But that did not stop Mick Jagger from appearing at her door at midnight, "framed by the doorway as he stood grinning with a dark coat," as she wrote in her 1986 memoir "Real Life" (via Independent). "He drew one hand out of his pocket and pointed it at me like a pistol...Bang."
While he was filming the movie "Ned Kelly" that summer, Jagger wrote Hunt a series of letters. "I feel with you something so unsung there is no need to sing it," he wrote (via Independent). The letters made the equivalent of approximately $260,023 in a 2012 Sotheby's auction, per BBC.
Hunt gave birth to Jagger's first child, a daughter named Karis Hunt Jagger, in 1970. The actor, singer, and novelist also reportedly inspired the Rolling Stones' controversial 1971 hit "Brown Sugar."
Mick Jagger's marriage to Bianca Morena de Macias lasted through most of the '70s
In September 1970, Nicaraguan political science student Bianca Perez Morena de Macias attended a Rolling Stones concert and met her future husband. According to Entertainment Weekly, she and Mick Jagger "were taken with one another from the moment they met" and "within months, they were talking marriage."
On May 12, 1971, the pair married at the city hall in Saint-Tropez, France. The then-27-year-old Jagger "wore a green suit and multicolored sneakers," while the 26-year-old Morena de Macias wore a white Yves Saint Laurent suit.
"My marriage was over on the wedding day," Morena de Macias told the Daily News in 1986 (via EW). Morena de Macias reportedly retreated to their honeymoon suite alone that night, while Jagger danced around with his friends on a stage at the couple's wedding reception at the Cafe des Arts. However, on October 21, 1971, Morena de Macias gave birth to the couple's first and only child, Jade Sheena Jezebel Jagger.
Jagger was often away on tour throughout the '70s, and Bianca ultimately filed for divorce in 1978. She went on to become a human rights activist.
Infidelity interfered with Mick Jagger's longest relationship with Jerry Hall
Mick Jagger's relationship with Texan supermodel Jerry Hall was his longest relationship to date. On November 21, 1990, Hall and Jagger married in a woodcarver's home in Ubud, Bali. Their wedding included a Hindu ritual involving the blood sacrifice of a black chicken, per The Guardian.
The couple went on to spend more than two decades together, and welcomed four children between 1984 and 1997: Elizabeth, James, Georgia May, and Gabriel.
According to The Guardian, Hall began divorce proceedings in January 1999, after learning that Jagger had an affair with Brazilian model Luciana Morad. Morad became pregnant during the affair, and gave birth to Jagger's seventh child, a son named Lucas, later that year. According to People, Jagger also allegedly had an affair with supermodel Carla Bruni in 1992, during his relationship with Hall. Bruni denied these claims at the time. "He's a fossil," she said. "His wife can keep him."
In 1999, Jagger rejected Hall's push to divorce, claiming their marriage was a symbolic ceremony and had never been official. Hall accepted this claim, and the proceedings ended that August.
Mick Jagger's relationship with L'Wren Scott ended in tragedy
Mick Jagger met American fashion designer L'Wren Scott around 2001. Their relationship lasted until her death, and was reportedly the longest romantic relationship she had ever had. In March 2014, Scott died by suicide in her Manhattan apartment. She was 49 years old.
"I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way," Jagger wrote in a statement (via Vanity Fair). "We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves. She had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me. I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received. I will never forget her."
Shortly after Scott's death, her estranged sister, Jan Shane, told the Daily News that Jagger was a "womanizer," adding, "I do believe he contributed to [Scott's suicide] more than he realizes it or will admit."
This statement came after Page Six reported that Scott had left her entire $9 million estate to Jagger. According to Fashionista, Jagger used the money to set up The L'Wren Scott scholarship, which covers program fees for students attending the Master of Arts in Fashion program at Central Saint Martins college in London.
