RHOD's Kary Brittingham Made An Appearance On Another Bravo Show

No, you're not having deja vu, "Real Housewives of Dallas" stans! Cast member Kary Brittingham appeared on another Bravo reality show before joining the women from the Lone Star state.

Kary burst onto the Real Housewives scene in 2019 with the premiere of Season 4. After only one year, she solidified her place on the show and garnered many fans with her outspoken nature. (It probably also helped that she was down to take on the show's former villain: LeeAnne Locken.) By the time her second season rolled around, however, things got a bit dicey for Kary. As reported by Bravo TV, after spending most of Season 5 behaving poorly after a few too many drinks, she announced that she and her husband Eduardo Brittingham were getting divorced just before the first installment of the show's reunion aired. "I've shared my life and my family with you on camera for the last two years — all of the ups and downs," Kary wrote in an Instagram post. "As we go into tonight's episode, I want you to know that Eduardo and I have made the very tough decision to separate."

During an interview with People, Kary attributed some of her drunken antics on Season 5 to the demise of her marriage. "I definitely was a little more wild this year and drinking a little bit extra," she confessed. But besides being a Housewife, what other Bravo show has Kary been featured on? Keep reading after the jump to find out!

Kary Brittingham was featured as a Yacht guest

As reported by Bravo TV, "Real Housewives of Dallas" star Kary Brittingham got her first taste of reality television in 2017 when she made an appearance on Season 2 of "Below Deck Mediterranean," a show that chronicles the lives of both a yacht crew and their very rich guests who charter said expensive yacht.

In this case, Kary was one of the fabulous and posh guests spending time on the luxury yacht, "Sirocco." Interestingly enough, however, Kary claimed she had zero ideas that her one-time appearance on the Bravo show would later pave the way for an even bigger opportunity. "I was just thinking, oh my god, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, like I'm thinking now also with ['RHOD']," Kary said to Bravo.

It appears, however, she did get bit by the reality TV bug. Upon joining the "Real Housewives of Dallas" cast, Kary was adamant that she was simply taking it one day at a time while being grateful for the opportunity. "I try not to think of anything else but what I'm doing right now. Like, I'm enjoying the season, I'm enjoying the moment, I'm enjoying meeting everybody I'm meeting and literally just soaking it all in and just trying to remember this forever." Bravo, Kary! (See what we did there?)
