Brad Pitt Is Dating Again Post-Divorce

Ladies, get in line—Brad Pitt is officially on the market again.

A source told People on April 19, 2017 that Pitt, 53, is "dating a bit" again.

"It's not anything serious," an insider noted. "He doesn't have a girlfriend. It's more of a way to get out and be social," the source explained. The Allied (2016) star reportedly went back on the prowl at the insistence of his buddies, who "don't want him to sit at home alone ... He seems more comfortable double-dating and friends are helping out."

An insider also told Page Six on April 13, 2017, "Brad has been dating a bit, but he is extremely careful to keep it secret. He's focused on his kids, and he's happy — now that he has settled his divorce from Angelina — to be out of the public eye."

Pitt was recently linked to Sienna Miller and Kate Hudson, but both blonde bombshells, as well as sources close to the Moonlight (2016) producer, denied any rumors of romancing.

Aside from dipping his toes back into the dating pool, Pitt has been spending more quality time with his close friends since estranged wife Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in Sept. 2016.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Jolie, 41, filed for divorce from Pitt after an alleged in-flight fight between Pitt and their son Maddox. She currently has temporary sole physical custody of their six children (Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8), though Pitt is seeking joint custody after being cleared in child abuse investigations from both the FBI and DCFS. The actors formerly known as Brangelina recently agreed to seal their custodial documents from the press and have become more cordial to one another than they were when they first split, which has helped to lift Pitt's spirits.

"He often has friends over," a source told People in March 2017. "Old friends are back in his life, and he seems happy about it. "Things are definitely calming down [with the divorce] ... [Pitt is] in better spirits." A second source added that Pitt's been working out and eating better, saying, "He's lost a few pounds. He's in very good shape. He seems a lot happier."
