The Truth About Ryan Seacrest's Relationship With Aubrey Paige

You could say that Ryan Seacrest is one of the most hardworking people in show business, hustling as a host on "Live with Kelly and Ryan," "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," and "American Idol." He appears to be one of Hollywood's most powerful producers too, acting as an EP on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," and all of its spin-offs, as well as several other popular reality TV shows, such as "Shahs of Sunset."

Despite his busy schedule, Seacrest has apparently somehow still found time for a love life. The host of "The Disney Holiday Singalong" has been dating model Aubrey Paige since at least May 2021. The couple has managed to keep their romance pretty private though, even with them both being in the public eye. Perhaps that's because this romance follows Seacrest's more public off-and-on relationship with Shayna Taylor, whom he dated for over eight years before they parted ways in 2020.

Yet, it seems Paige is more than just a rebound for Seacrest since the two may actually be getting quite serious these days. For those unfamiliar with Paige, the Texas native is not only a model but also a popular social media influencer, who at the time of writing has 123.1K followers on TikTok and just under 60,000 on Instagram. While Seacrest is no stranger to dating famous ladies over the years, you may be wondering how he got together with this particular social media star. So let's dive into the truth behind their relationship.

The TV host was first linked to Aubrey Paige in May 2021

While it's unclear how Ryan Seacrest met girlfriend Aubrey Paige, the model inadvertently gave fans a hint as to when they at least started dating with an Instagram post. On May 23, 2021, Paige posted a photo of herself laying by a pool and although she tagged her location as just Los Angeles, the Daily Mail reported she was actually at Seacrest's Beverly Hills home. With that said, it can be assumed they were at least hanging out at that point since she was comfortable enough to snap a pic at his abode.

However, mere days later, the couple officially sparked romance rumors when they were photographed for the first time together in New York City after getting off a helicopter. Seacrest and Paige had reportedly returned from a Memorial Day Weekend getaway in the Hamptons, which made it pretty clear that he had moved on from his previous ex, Shayna Taylor, by then.

By that June, Seacrest and Paige appeared to be already getting rather serious since a source told Us Weekly that's when he met Paige's family. The insider dished her family was all for their romance though, dishing, "They think he's a wonderful guy." Yet that wasn't the only indication that the couple was moving fast. That November, they also embarked on a romantic vacation to Mexico where the Daily Mail reported they looked quite happy to just be enjoying each other's company.

Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige are pretty private

It's safe to say that Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige want to keep their relationship relatively private despite both of them being public figures. However, they did take a major step into the spotlight in June 2022 when they attended the premiere of "Halftime." Their night out marked the first time they walked the red carpet officially as a couple, so naturally, it made headlines. That wasn't Paige's first industry event with Seacrest though. According to People, she also accompanied him to a gala months before in April, where they were photographed together inside.

In terms of social media, Paige went "Instagram official" with Seacrest before those events, in late 2021, when she shared a photo of them on New Year's Eve. She even made it clear they were together by gushing in the comments, "Safe to say the best part of 2021 was meeting the most incredible man." Later in May 2022, Paige shared another picture with Seacrest, that time from their Italian vacation. Though Paige posts a lot of influencer Instagram content, she hasn't shared much else about her life with her man.

A source allegedly close to them made it clear to Us Weekly, "[They're] keeping their relationship very private." Yet they did add, "[They are] very happy together and doing great." Seacrest is still a celebrity though, which of course means the paparazzi still finds ways to give the public glimpses into his private life with Paige.

Kelly Ripa approves of the relationship

When it comes to Ryan Seacrest's romance with Aubrey Paige, it appears his "Live with Kelly and Ryan" copilot, Kelly Ripa, very much approves of his girlfriend. On an April 2022 episode of their show, Ripa gushed about meeting Paige when Seacrest brought her to Ripa's husband, Mark Consuelos' birthday dinner. The two must have really hit it off too, since Ripa told Seacrest, "If you two break up, I will go into seclusion. ... I am so fond of her."

Suffice to say, Ripa was excited that Seacrest found Paige. Seacrest said he even heard Ripa tell his girlfriend, "We're all happy you're here and that you exist because we weren't sure there was somebody." Ripa corroborated this account, adding, "We were starting to be like ... 'Maybe we should check on him more often.'" Ripa's approval certainly meant a lot to Seacrest because of their close bond. He once told People, "Kelly and I have been friends for two decades. ...There's obviously a tremendous amount of trust and respect."

It sounds like Ripa's son was apparently nervous to meet her, too. Seacrest recalled, "Michael was so excited he dropped his plate and it broke and fell on Aubrey." And finally, Ripa's husband, Mark Consuelos, was also interested in Seacrest's relationship, particularly their height difference. Seacrest dished, "He said, 'Can I ask you a question? ... She's taller than you ... How does that work?'" The Ripa-Consuelos family is all in.

Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige's 23-year age gap

For Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige, it seems their heights are not the only noticeable difference. The twosome has a 23-year age between them with Seacrest being born in 1974 and Paige in 1997. Yet, from the looks of his dating history, Seacrest has always had a tendency to date younger women. His most recent ex, Shayna Taylor, is 17 years his junior; perhaps his most famous former girlfriend, actor Julianne Hough, is 13 years younger than Seacrest. The dancer once told The Telegraph, "Ryan is definitely the oldest man I've dated. Age is irrelevant, I think."

While it appears Paige and Seacrest also find their age difference irrelevant, others seemingly aren't as convinced. Some have taken to Twitter to call out Seacrest, with one person even writing, "So 10 years ago when he was 37 she was 13. Just gross." A few others also compared him to reality star Scott Disick, who frequently dates younger women. A Twitter user joked, "Now @RyanSeacrest and @ScottDisick can double date."

Yet Seacrest has admitted that he himself is surprised he hasn't settled down at his age, telling The Wall Street Journal in 2021 that he would like to have kids one day. "I haven't even gone down that path, which is nuts at my age," he said. "I think in the last year, it's become clear to me that yes, I do want to do that."

Ryan Seacrest has a type

It appears that Ryan Seacrest definitely has a type when it comes to women, and we're not talking about the age factor. Rather, it seems the "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve" host also has a thing for dating models. Per Us Weekly, since he rose to fame in 2003, he's been linked to Shana Wall, Jasmine Waltz, Renee Hall, Hilary Cruz, and Shayna Taylor — all models. Same with his current girlfriend, Aubrey Paige.

As far as we can tell, Seacrest hasn't commented on his affinity for catwalk stompers, but he did talk about feeling content with just his "work wives," aka his "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" co-host Sisanie Villaclara and his "Live with Kelly and Ryan" co-host, Kelly Ripa. He even told Villaclara on an episode of "Live," "The fact that spending an hour a day with Kelly and spending many hours with you, it's like I have this fulfillment in the relationship category."

It seems when it comes to his relationships, Seacrest has patterns too, like putting his work before his personal life. He admitted on The Hollywood Reporter's "Awards Chatter" podcast in May 2020, "You lose the balance and you are drained by the end of every day and you've gotta go do it again the next day. ... I mean, maybe it's perhaps why I'm not married now." Around that same time, Seacrest confirmed he and longtime girlfriend Shayna Taylor split once and for all.

Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige are into fitness

Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige apparently share a passion for fitness. Paige, for one, often posts her workouts on her popular TikTok account, sharing not only her moves in the gym but also the exercises she does outside with friends. She offers advice on how to achieve her physique too, by posting tutorials. However, it's not just TikTok where Paige posts about her healthy lifestyle, considering it's all over her Instagram too, with her even dedicating a whole highlight reel to "Health" that showcases her diet and exercise routines.

Seacrest is also open about his fitness regime, telling Men's Health he works out four to five days a week by lifting weights, boxing, and running to music at the gym. He revealed his inspiration behind his workouts, saying, "I want to look stronger and larger than a thirteen-year-old kid." According to People, Seacrest also invested in the workout machine CLMR because it's an efficient way to squeeze in more workouts. "My days are busy. If I can get more done with less time, then it's a win," he explained.

As for their diets, Paige has promoted detox powders, while Seacrest credits intermittent fasting. Yet from the looks of one of Paige's Instagram posts, the couple knows how to balance their healthy lifestyle with some fun too. That's because Paige shared photos of meats, cheeses, and pasta they seemingly enjoyed together while on vacation in Italy, proving they know how to let loose.

Is marriage in Ryan Seacrest's future?

Although Ryan Seacrest has kept his relationship with Aubrey Paige discreet, he has been open about his thoughts on love before. He once said on "Live with Kelly and Ryan," "I love the idea of marriage because my parents have been married for 47 years." Yet he did acknowledge he does have a hang up about it too, adding, "I have this thing that I don't want to screw it up ... so I figure the longer I wait, the older I'll be, the closer to death I am, so I can get it in, and not screw it up."

Perhaps this is why he couldn't make things work with ex-girlfriend Shayna Taylor. A source close to her reportedly told People, "She was ready to get married, but Ryan wasn't there yet." It sounds like Seacrest's family was cool with his decision to hold off on that major relationship step. "They are so distracted that my sister is having a baby," he told ET in 2018.

As for Paige, before she started dating Seacrest, she appeared to be very into her independence. She not only captioned one Instagram post, "I found my soulmate. It's me," but wrote in another post, "Like this post if you'll be falling In love with YOURSELF." Evidently, things changed a bit when she connected with Seacrest. As she wrote on Instagram on the last day of 2021, "Safe to say the best part of 2021 was meeting the most incredible man."
