Real Housewives Stars Who Feuded With People Who Were On Different Shows

Bravo's "Real Housewives" franchise has been a network staple ever since its debut in 2006 with "The Real Housewives of Orange County." The series went on to be a huge success, spanning several different cities — including hot spots like Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Beverly Hills, and more. While the concept of a "housewife" typically depicts a woman who stays at home and takes care of the kids, Bravo's Housewives take on a different persona. While they call themselves "Real Housewives," the reality is that a large portion of the network's audience has little in common with their affluence and luxury. Typically spending their days sipping rosé and eyeing their next Birkin bag is a far cry from women running a middle-class household — but it serves its purpose in the world of reality television entertainment.

With nearly two decades since the franchise first aired, we've seen over 100 fruit-bearing women with sassy taglines grace our television screens. There have been countless wine glasses thrown, friendships lost, marriages ended, and iconic made-for-TV moments that keep us tuning in year after year. While there's plenty of drama between cast members on their respective shows, these ladies still sometimes find ways to feud when the cameras stop rolling. With more than enough Housewives to go around, it's no secret that many current and former cast members fight, regardless of whether they're on the same show or not.

Grab a glass of rosé, because we are breaking down all the "Real Housewives" stars who have feuded with people who were on different shows.

Brandi Glanville was sued by Joanna Krupa

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Brandi Glanville and "The Real Housewives of Miami's" Joanna Krupa found themselves in a drawn-out dispute case over feminine odor — of all things. The feud between the ladies started in 2013 following allegations on Glanville's part during an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen." When the titular host brought up a tweet Krupa wrote about Glanville's ex-husband leaving her, the "RHOBH" star clapped back with, "Well, Mohamed did tell me that [Joanna's] p**sy smelled."

Krupa took it to the courthouse in 2015 when she filed a defamation suit. Per People, her lawyer stated at the time that Glanville "knowingly made false and malicious statement that Mrs. Krupa had sexual relations with Mohamed Hadid while Mr. Hadid was in an intact marriage to Yolanda Foster," adding that Glanville also made comments about her feminine odor.

Ultimately, the two stars of the franchise reached a settlement in 2017. "I want to apologize to Joanna Krupa for the statements I have made about her," Glanville publicly stated. "I regret ever making such statements about Joanna Krupa; I also certainly never intended my statements to be taken so seriously and out of proportion." She went on to wish the former "RHOM" star well, adding she didn't intend to damage her reputation. For her part, Krupa issued her own statement, writing, "I am very happy with the settlement and have no regrets. I hope I inspired others to always speak up when they believe they are wronged and not allow it."

Lisa Rinna shaded the Real Housewives of Dubai

If drama is brewing, you can bet Lisa Rinna is probably close by. The former star of the "RHOBH" rarely keeps her opinions to herself. Her outspoken personality even gave birth to her signature catchphrase: "You better believe I'm going to talk about it." This time around, we're going to talk about it — and by it, we mean her 2022 feud with the ladies of "The Real Housewives of Dubai."

The drama began following an episode of the "RHOBH," when Rinna took to Instagram to go on one of her infamous social media rants. "We fight on our show if we fight with Garcelle [Beauvais] we are all of a sudden called racist," Rinna wrote in a since-deleted Instagram Story. The former "Days of Our Lives" star went on to write, "And if you are just so triggered by our show and a lot of you p**sies are go watch Dubai."

Several of the ladies of the "RHODubai" had less than kind words in response to Rinna's shade. Chanel Ayan clapped back on Twitter, writing in part, "Keep Dubai out of your mess and your mouth." Lesa Milan also chimed in, tweeting in response, "She does not want this heat, we're not BH .. we will drag her from right up off that doctor's table to the desert!" Meanwhile, Caroline Brooks advised on her Instagram Story, "Keep your posts and aggression directed at the women on your show." At this, Rinna's lips were surprisingly sealed following an apology.

Lea Black called out Heather Dubrow over skincare

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Heather Dubrow found herself in the midst of a Twitter war with "The Real Housewives of Miami" alum Lea Black in 2018. The social media spat began after Black caught wind of Dubrow talking negatively about a certain skincare line during an episode airing of the "RHOC." Black is the founder of Lea Black Beauty, which she started in 1984, with a focus on premium anti-aging and skincare products.

"Hey @HeatherDubrow, people just contacted me saying you slandered and misrepresented my Sudden Youth face mask on Monday. I have had the product 25 years. Many happy customers. It's available at http://Leablack.com you should try it before misrepresenting it," the former "RHOM" star tweeted at the time. Dubrow was quick to respond, saying that she was not talking about Black's product during the episode in question.

Tagging the skincare guru, Dubrow wrote, "I profusely apologize for the confusion. I honestly didn't know your product and was talking about something from 35 years ago. I obviously got the name wrong. Was not intentional." The "RHOC" star went on to add she had no doubt Black's product was successful. Ongoing "Real Housewives" drama averted.

Kenya Moore and Brandi Glanville's years-long feud

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore got into a bitter feud with Brandi Glanville while they co-starred on "Celebrity Apprentice." Their problems began in 2014 while filming the show when Moore took a dig at Glanville. Moore said of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star that her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian — whom she divorced in 2010 following his infamous affair with "Northern Lights" co-star LeAnn Rimes — "left her for a younger, prettier woman."

The former Miss USA later claimed to InTouch, "We were doing a task and for five or six weeks, I endured constant insults from her. From attacking my physicality — she at some point said to the other girls that I was fat." Glanville had her own response when she appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" in 2022 while addressing a viewer's question about where she stood with the "RHOA" star years later. Explaining that the drama continued when she'd co-starred on a Netflix special with Moore following their time on "Celebrity Apprentice," Glanville alleged, "I was a little lost on the lot, but I was still on time, and when I walked in, she was sitting with everyone, she was like, 'So nice of you to make it.' ... I was like, 'Okay, b***h.'"

It looks like there's no reconciliation in sight for these two. When they both were called to the BravoCon stage for a segment called "Squash! That! Beef!" that October, they refused to make amends, throwing even more shade at each other before returning to their seats.

Teresa Giudice dissed Bethenny Frankel's brand

Many "Real Housewives" stars double as entrepreneurs, using their reality TV platforms to expand into their own successful businesses. Bethenny Frankel is often recognized for her Skinnygirl Cocktails empire, but its success is not without some harsh words from competing Housewives. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice threw some shade at "The Real Housewives of New York City" alum when the former opened up about her line of Bellinis in 2012.

"My thing is I don't like anything that tastes diet-y," Giudice said during an episode of the "RHONJ," going on to claim, "For instance, Skinnygirl tastes diet-y. I don't like that." At the time, Giudice launched her brand Fabellini, writing on the since-deleted official website, "I'm so so so proud of it. And it tastes delicious! And Fabellini is low calorie–less than 1/2 the calories of other 'skinny' drinks." Unfortunately, Giudice didn't get to enjoy the fruits of her grape labor for long, as she was sent to prison in 2014 for federal tax fraud. In 2016, the "RHONJ" star revealed on "Watch What Happens Live" that it was one of many ventures that went defunct while she served time. "Pretty much all my businesses went to s**t with this whole legal thing," she told Andy Cohen. "So I have to rebuild now."

Luckily, these two Housewives have seemingly settled the score, as Frankel ran into Giudice backstage at "WWHL" in 2022. The Skinnygirl mogul shared the moment on Instagram, to which Giudice commented, "You look amazing! So good to see you."

Bethenny Frankel and Erika Jayne threw serious shade

The drama between "RHONY" alum Bethenny Frankel and "RHOBH" star Erika Jayne began when Andy Cohen told Jayne that Frankel had commented on her estranged husband's legal woes. The "XXPEN$IVE" singer filed for divorce from Tom Girardi in 2020 — months before the former high-profile lawyer was disbarred. Girardi came under fire for allegedly embezzling millions from clients in wrongful death suits and was later indicted on federal fraud charges.

"She had said, 'I heard Tom actually owes people money and all this stuff,'" Cohen said of Frankel's allegations in a May 2022 episode of "WWHL." Jayne responded, "In the business that Tom was doing, which was contingent fee, it's not unusual to borrow. So while that may be true, there were also loans that were really paid off. I don't know where Bethenny's coming from and, you know, her guy's dead and my guy's in a home, so whatever. But at the same time, that's kind of the way the business goes."

For context, Girardi was residing in an assisted living facility following an Alzheimer's disease and dementia diagnosis, and Frankel tragically lost on-and-off boyfriend Dennis Shields unexpectedly in 2018. Frankel responded to Jayne's remarks on TikTok, noting that the Housewives franchise's environment was unhealthy for her. "I left for this reason that I don't want to be in this atmosphere with this kind of toxicity that's unnecessary," the Skinnygirl Cocktails founder said, adding, "While I recognize it was a cold and callous comment, I don't have anything to do with Erika Jayne."

Kenya Moore couldn't take Ramona Singer's 'disrespect'

The first season of the crossover spinoff series "The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip" saw several Housewives from different shows come together in the Caribbean. While some of the ladies hit it off, other potential friendships burned out before they even had the chance to ignite. For "RHOA" star Kenya Moore and former "RHONY" personality Ramona Singer, who have both been known to have feuds within their own Bravospheres, things quickly went from bad to worse, as the pair had trouble communicating throughout the getaway trip.

"In the beginning, she just seemed to be very rude. She cursed at me within 30 minutes of meeting her," Moore later claimed to Page Six. "I'm not going to get along with someone who is just so blatantly disrespectful." In addition to calling Moore "a b***h" during a profanity-laced argument, Singer also repeatedly referred to her by "RHOA" foe Porsha Williams' first name early on in the season.

As for Singer's side of things, she admitted to the Daily Mail, "Drama follows me naturally ... or unnaturally." However, the "RHONY" alum went on the allege, "Oh, Kenya. She butted heads with me immediately. She just did not want to know from me. It got to a point where the producers were coming in my room — they go, 'We don't understand why she has an out for you.' I go, 'Oh, I don't either. This is like really uncomfortable.'"

Teresa Giudice claimed Ramona Singer cost her money

Teresa Giudice also had some choice words for the former "RHONY" star after her wedding invitation was shared on Ramona Singer's Instagram Story, which publicly leaked the venue mere months before the ceremony. "I was like, 'Are you f**king kidding me?'" Giudice said of her reaction during a Live! Casino & Hotel panel in August 2022, revealing that she quickly called Singer about the situation. "I'm like, 'Ramona, take down my invitation off your Story! Why would you do that?' I'm like, 'You're on TV, I'm on TV, why would you do that? ... My husband-to-be has crazy f**king exes, are you kidding me?'"

Singer deleted her Story about a half hour after posting it, but the damage was already done, and the "RHONJ" star was forced to send out new invitations and hire more security detail to combat the leaked information. "It cost me extra money ... so thank you, Ramona," Giudice sarcastically added. As for Singer, she elected not to attend her fellow Housewife's wedding to Luis "Louie" Ruelas after the headline-making invitation debacle — but neither Giudice nor Ruelas hold any grudges over the social media faux pas and absence.

"It was her choice," the "RHONJ" star later explained at BravoCon 2022. "I invited her, I did the right thing. We bonded on the ['The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip']. So, I did my part. ... She didn't want to come. That was her loss. We had the best night."

Brandi Glanville's beef with Scheana Shay

Brandi Glanville has had no shortage of beef with Bravo celebrities — even having a crossover feud with "Vanderpump Rules" star Scheana Shay. The drama began back in 2009, when the SUR server and future Bravo star publicly revealed she had slept with Glanville's former husband, Eddie Cibrian, while she was pregnant. The "RHOBH" alum later detailed the infamous cheating scandal, as well as her relationship with Shay, on Bravo's "RHOBH After Show."

"I sat down with Scheana, and it was hard," Glanville admitted in 2019, as the clip panned to a flashback of the 2012 onscreen meeting where Shay apologized to her. Glanville went on to share that finding out that Cibrian's now-wife, LeAnn Rimes, allegedly wasn't the only woman he'd had an affair with, gave her the courage to end the marriage: "When I found out about [Shay], she saved me because I left him."

While the two appeared to end their beef in 2017, Shay had her own response to the naysayers who continued to troll her for allegedly wrecking Glanville's marriage. "He wrecked his own home. I was a single 21 year old who met a cute actor in LA," she tweeted in 2020. Meanwhile, Glanville has also seemingly buried the hatchet with her ex-husband, and she showed off her blended family in a heartfelt 2022 Thanksgiving Instagram snap. "Happy Thanksgiving to all! I missed my modern family today as I'm at home in bed with a cold. Love these people," she captioned the photo, which featured her children alongside Cibrian and Rimes.

Vicki Gunvalson wanted nothing to do with Teddi Mellencamp

Vicki Gunvalson and Teddi Mellencamp probably won't be peas in any pod any time soon. In June 2022, the "RHOC" star dissed Mellencamp and her "Two Ts in a Pod" podcast, which she co-hosts alongside Gunvalson's former co-star, Tamra Judge. "I don't know Teddi Mellencamp, but I don't like Teddi Mellencamp," Gunvalson said while she and Judge promoted "The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip" Season 2 on ET. "... Something about her bugs me."

Soon after, the former "RHOBH" star tweeted, "Any other Bravo fans watching 'I Love That for You' on Showtime with Vanessa Bayer? It's about a girl who scams her way into a job by lying about having cancer. Just feels so familiar." This was taken to be a jab at Gunvalson's former boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, who infamously admitted to forging documents that alleged he was a stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma patient to avoid disclosing his actual medical records on "RHOC" in 2015. Gunvalson clapped back at Mellencamp on Twitter: "Wow...Low blow! You know nothing about what transpired with my x. This is why you only lasted 3 years... ME...14!"

The drama continued on Instagram, with Mellencamp implying on her Story that Gunvalson was jealous of her friendship with Judge and writing in a post, "I can only hope [Vicki] got paid in gas cards cause her love tank seems like it's stuck on empty lately. Hope this post doesn't have her calling my @iheartradio boss to try and take my job again." Gunvalson denied the career allegation, commenting in part, "That was rude!"

Ramona Singer and Gizelle Bryant remained at odds over a photo-op

Yes, Ramona Singer can add yet another Housewife to her growing list of feuds. In 2019, "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star Gizelle Bryant revealed on PeopleTV's "Reality Check" that she wasn't a fan of the "RHONY" alum after Singer rubbed her the wrong way at a charity event for Flaviana Matata's foundation that summer. Singer asked Bryant to step out of a group photo she was taking with the charity founder. "I don't mind telling people to move out of a picture 'cause I do that all the time," Bryant clarified. "However, she saw me coming and they asked me to take a picture with her and she started running from me! Literally, running from me! I was like, 'What is wrong with this woman? She's insane.'"

"She came and apologized to me later because everybody yelled at her for doing what she did," Bryant continued, adding, "I was like, 'Yeah, okay... ." With the "RHOP" Housewife left unconvinced, the two ladies attempted to settle the score during a "Squash! That! Beef!" segment at BravoCon that November — but it seems like there's no going forward for Singer and Bryant.

"I wasn't rude," Singer claimed, adding, "I said, 'Let me do a photograph first with the host ... then I'll [take one with] you after. ... She couldn't wait." Andy Cohen asked Bryant if she would accept that as an apology, to which Singer said, "I'm not apologizing."

Dolores Catania called Ramona Singer 'rude'

Gizelle Bryant wasn't the only Housewife giving Ramona Singer shade for refusing to take photos. "RHONJ" alum Dolores Catania also had some harsh words for the former "RHONY" star after Singer declined to take a photo with Dolores' amicable ex-husband, Frank Catania, while appearing on the same episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen."

"Ramona's mean to people. She's rude. She acts like she doesn't know anyone, even if she knows them," Dolores claimed to Life & Style in 2019. "Listen, I meet a lot of people. I don't always remember who I've met when they come up to me. If someone asks me to take a picture, you f**king take a picture because this is your f**king job and without those people, you don't have a job, Ramona. You're nobody, a nothing," Dolores added.

Singer and Dolores later attempted to "Squash! That! Beef!" at BravoCon 2019, where a seemingly exasperated Singer confessed, "I don't like taking photos!" Dolores then quipped back, "Then you shouldn't be in the business!" Luckily, Singer was more apologetic this time around, saying, "I've now learned when I'm doing a public event, I need to take the photos, and I'm wrong for not taking them." With that, the ladies hugged it out, putting this Housewives beef to bed.
