This rockstar has been married four times, so here's hoping this one sticks. As fans may know, Tommy Lee has famously tied the knot to Elaine Starchuk, Heather Locklear, Pamela Anderson (after only knowing each other 96 hours), and most recently, Brittany Furlan. If you thought a series of divorces — and several controversies surrounding those marriages — would stop the Mötley Crüe drummer from taking another chance on love, think again, as Lee and Furlan celebrated their three-year wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day 2022.

Furlan may not have as instantly recognizable of a name as Lee's exes, but the former Vine star is still forging her own path with 2.5 million Instagram followers and a podcast to boot. Of course, another way Furlan stands out from past wives is their 24-year age gap. But still, Furlan doesn't let it bother her. She thinks the world of her husband, telling Fox News in January 2019, "Tommy is very funny, he's goofy, he's my best friend."

As for any critics, she told the outlet, "I feel like I've lived a million lifetimes, and I just don't really care what they say. It's not about them — it's not their life, you know? It's my life and it's my decision to be who I am and love who I love and to live my life how I want to live my life." So what's going on in Furlan's life anyway?

Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan can thank social media for their love story

To quote Rihanna, Brittany Furlan and Tommy Lee "found love in a hopeless place" — on social media. Furlan recalled to Fox News how her relationship with Lee began. "We met online, but we knew about each other for years," she explained. "He used to watch my Vine videos — he was one of my followers and obviously, I loved his music... I didn't listen to a bunch of Mötley Crüe, but I definitely liked Methods of Mayhem and I always thought he was super attractive. We just hit each other up and ended up going on a couple dates and it was awesome."

According to Us Weekly, the rocker added her on Instagram and the rest is history. Furlan told Hollywood Life in February 2020, "I mean, we started dating in 2017 and now it is 2020, it is like 'Whoa where did the time go!' It definitely is really fast." Even though they tied the knot on V-Day 2019, the internet personality told the site, "I mean everyday is like Valentine's Day. He is my best friend so everyday is really fun."

When they did get married, Lee confirmed the news by posting a picture of their two pups dressed in a tux and a wedding dress, writing, "Holy sh**balls!!!! We did it!!!! Mr & Mrs Lee." Meanwhile, Furlan shared, "It's official!!!! We're married!!! MR & MRS LEE YAHOOOOOOOO." That's some serious enthusiasm right there.

She's had some drama with Tommy Lee's ex Pamela Anderson

While Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan appear to have an upbeat, harmonious relationship, the same can't be said for all his exes. Lee and Pamela Anderson's marriage weathered plenty of ups and downs (including when Lee pleaded no contest to felony spousal battery in 1998 and was sentenced to six months in jail, per E! News). The pair split in '98, but share two children together: Brandon and Dylan.

In March 2018, Furlan called the police after an altercation between Lee and his son Brandon left the musician with a busted lip. Brandon claimed his dad was drunk and the punch was in self-defense, while Anderson deemed Lee the "definition of narcissist/sociopath." Lee denied Brandon's account of what went down, per TMZ. Anderson also blamed Furlan, saying, "His fiancé keeps him drunk — this is what he wants — someone to behave badly with."

After getting caught in the middle, Furlan told Fox News, "I literally got so upset about it because it was just so untrue and she's never met me... She was just really angry about me from the beginning, so I knew it was just that she wanted to say something bad about me." Despite all that drama, she "would love to" form a relationship with Anderson, saying, "I just hope that one day everyone can be cool and be friends and be nice to each other." Only time will tell.

Brittany Furlan was an internet star before TikTok was even a thing

Before TikTok took over the internet, Vine was the go-to source for short, funny videos. And no one knows that better than Brittany Furlan, who was Vine's most popular female star at one point, per Business Insider. (Since the app shut down, she's made a few amusing TikTok videos that she's shared to IG.) Her internet fame even earned her a spot alongside Paris Hilton in the 2018 documentary The American Meme.

In 2019, Furlan started her own podcast called Worst Firsts, which she described as "a series I did on my YouTube channel where people would tell me their worst first date...now we've expanded it to worst first anything- Date, Job, Period, Ham Sandwich etc." Her husband was the pod's first guest, and the venture ended in 2021.

As for the future, Furlan told Fox News. "I want to do more films. I just love doing films and I just shot an independent film last year with a whole bunch of cool people that I think will be submitted to Sundance this year. I'm also shooting a pilot right now, so it's all really cool... I'd like to continue to do what I love." She recently appeared in the movie Spy Intervention, which is available on digital. Essentially, Furlan's star is only continuing to rise, thanks to her big personality and penchant for hilarious online content.

Brittany Furlan is pursuing acting more than ever

Brittany Furlan is eager to act in more films, but has transitioned nicely into television series work. The influencer plays Janis in Amazon Prime's "Paradise City" which premiered in 2021 — also starring Bella Thorne and Fairuza Balk. She shared the news with her followers and said, "My character is just as high strung as I am so wasn't a stretch. If you like shows about bands and boys with tattoos then this one's for you."

In December 2021, Furlan joined the work-place comedy series "PBC" on YouTube as Tracy the Accounting Manager alongside funnymen Pete Gardner and Danny Trejo. Furlan posted a photo with Trejo on Instagram and expressed, "Blessed to be workin with one of the greats." With consistent roles and a network of so many familiar faces, it appears Furlan is on the right track to continue her passion.

As for Tommy Lee, the success of the Hulu mini-series "Pam and Tommy" — where Lily James and Sebastian Stan transform into the iconic duo — has left fans wondering what the real rocker has been up to. Beyond spending time with Furlan, releasing his highly collaborative album "Andro” in 2020, and going on a 2022 tour with Mötley Crüe, he has dabbled in acting. He had a small role as Professor Lee in "The Goldbergs" and played the Devil in a four-part horror musical podcast series titled "Halloween in Hell," alongside Machine Gun Kelly, per Cosmopolitan. Furlan and Lee show no signs of slowing down from creative pursuits.

Brittany Furlan and Tommy Lee show off their love

Since crediting social media for bringing them together, Brittany Furlan and Tommy Lee are still using their platforms to give fans little glimpses into their personal lives, professional projects, and silly moments. Furlan often takes to Instagram and TikTok to tease her husband's love of bonsai trees. In a 2020 interview with How Was Your Day?, the musician noted the interest when discussing past lives: "I have this weird attraction to trees and to birds." Despite the teasing, Furlan seems to understand the special meaning.

The couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day 2022 and Furlan surprised Lee with a peach tree, magnolia tree, and 40 year old Brazilian Rain tree bonsai. "Happy anniversary to my best friend in the entire world, someone would have to know you to know the special soul that you are," the caption read.

Lee tends to repost photos and videos from his wife's social accounts, but offered a sentimental shoutout to celebrate three years of marriage. He posted a photo of Furlan from a sexy photoshoot and said, "I don't normally profess my love on social media I think it's absolutely f****** silly! So I'll tell her in person how much I love her." Adding some cheeky attitude, he told his followers, "in the meantime here's a picture y'all can drool over today!" while wishing a happy V-Day to the "lovers around the world." It looks like Lee has a romantic side and all is well with Furlan.
