Unfiltered Mark Consuelos Pics Prove He Hasn't Jumped On The Botox & Filler Train (Yet)

Mark Consuelos reached his quinquagenarian era looking pretty dang good. Perhaps that's why the "Live with Kelly and Mark" co-host isn't afraid to post videos filmed from less-than-flattering angles on social media. He seems to just trust he'll look decent no matter what. And those unfiltered shots also suggest that Consuelos hasn't jumped on the Botox and fillers bandwagon — at least not yet. This is remarkable, given Hollywood seems to have developed a filler obsession.

Consuelos maintains a pretty strict workout routine, something he claims to be necessary for anyone married to Kelly Ripa. "You've got to be in pretty good shape to keep up with Kelly," he said in a "Live with Kelly and Mark" YouTube video from 2024. But as far as his skin goes, Consuelos just lets nature run its course. At one point, Consuelos tried to adopt Ripa's moisturizer, but it didn't work out for him. "I got bored," he said in a May 2025 episode of their show (via Decider).

Ripa couldn't turn him into a moisturizer lover, and it looks like she also failed at getting him into Botox, which she has been using for at least more than a decade. Given that it doesn't look like he has caved in to using injections or fillers to counter the signs of aging, we'll just have to attribute his skin to good genes and luck. That doesn't mean he has no wrinkles, though. Let's take a look at pictures that suggest he has opted to age gracefully.

In February 2025, Mark Consuelos shared a video and a few snaps with Ryan Seacrest, a close friend of both Kelly Ripa and him. The lighting in the Alo Wellness Club was pretty harsh and highlighted the flaws in his skin. But even under imperfect circumstances, we can still see that his skin looks natural, with the lines and wrinkles you'd expect to see on some in their 50s. They are particularly visible around his mouth and eyes. In fact, some of those that stem from his eyes stretch all the way down into his cheeks, showing that he remains all-natural.

In March 2026, Mark Consuelos was on "Hits 1" ahead of his Broadway debut in "Fallen Angels," and posed for some pictures while he was at the SiriusXM studios. Once again, the lighting there wasn't the most skin-friendly, which put Consuelos' natural visage on full display. As he looked at the camera, he put on his best closed-mouth smile. The raised corner of his lips pulled the skin back, creating a deep crease on his cheek that displayed the sagging of naturally aged skin. Fillers would definitely prevent this, while Botox would make the lines considerably fainter.   

In September 2024, Mark Consuelos took a trip to Italy in the company of one of his and Kelly Ripa's kids, Lola, to watch Campobasso FC, the soccer team he and Ripa purchased in 2022. In the first picture in a carousel he shared on Instagram to highlight the game, he posed with his daughter on the sidelines. Being outdoors, the natural light exposed his natural skin, showcasing the same creases and wrinkles seen in other pictures. Besides, the contrast of his daughter's flawless skin also made it all the more evident that Consuelos embraces his natural skin.

If we go back in time a little to the COVID-19 pandemic days, we can see that Mark Consuelos' skin had the same creases and lines around his eyes and on his cheeks that we see today. Only the aging signs have gotten deeper, which indicates that he hasn't done much to counteract their appearance. As the September 2020 selfie with a makeup-free Kelly Ripa shows, when Consuelos smiles with his lips pressed tightly, his cheeks wrinkle significantly. However, the lines are slightly smoother here compared to subsequent pictures.

At the Broadcasting + Cable Hall of Fame in 2025, the bright light of the photographer's flash helped to showcase Mark Consuelos' complexion in its full natural glory. Once again, we see that his skin looks pretty on par with his 54 years at the time of the event. The same wrinkles and creases are there, as are some expression lines on his forehead. The latter aren't as significant as the ones on his cheeks and eye region, but the quality of his skin overall displays aging signs expected for someone his age, suggesting he was truthful about his skincare routine.

In February 2024, Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa reenacted one of their wedding pictures from May 1996. Ripa and Consuelos, who eloped at the Chapel of the Bells in Las Vegas, were captured from the side as they faced each other. From this angle, it was clear that Consuelos — who smiled broadly — carries his natural skin with pride. In almost every unfiltered photo, he shows the same patterns on his skin. When people get Botox and fillers, it is common for more recent pictures to show smoother skin, but that hasn't happened with Consuelos. 

Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa's Labor Day celebrations in 2023 offered plenty of examples of his graceful aging process. That's particularly true because he was featured in the sun, which dries out the skin, and next to his wife's smooth skin. In the above snap, we can see that his skin features the natural aging lines expected for someone his age, while Ripa's does not. And she's actually a bit older than him! That's a pretty good indicator that he is embracing his mature looks as he ages. We don't blame him!
