The 2026 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Rookies Are Drop-Dead Gorgeous

From sideline stunners to Netflix superstars, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders couldn't be hotter in 2026. As the third season of the reality series, "America's Sweethearts," aired this summer, viewers were once again able to peek behind the curtain and to see how this talented cheer squad is put together. 

The captivating, Emmy Award-winning Netflix series follows the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders director, Kelli Finglass, and head choreographer, Judy Trammell, both former DCC cheerleaders themselves, as they painstakingly choose which veterans deserve to return to the team and which newbies will get to don the iconic white and blue uniform for the first time. And if the honor wasn't prestigious enough now that the cheerleaders' fame has skyrocketed thanks to the docuseries, making the team is more difficult than ever. 

This year, cameras were rolling once again as Finglass, Trammell, and the gang auditioned hopefuls to find the perfect ladies for the boots. If you watched season three of "America's Sweethearts," you probably fell in love with Savanna Dastrup. The spunky blonde revealed that her dream in life was to become a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, and that she started taking DCC prep classes at age 15. Unfortunately, Dastrup was cut during the very cutthroat training camp audition process in the summer of 2025. Dastrup took to Instagram to share the news, with a caption that read in part, "Although things didn't turn out how I'd hoped this year, I will be forever grateful for each and every experience I had!"

After that heartbreaking attempt, it appears Dastrup didn't give up on her dreams and returned to audition for the DCC once again in 2026. The former Texas Christian University dancer's tenacity paid off — this time she made the cut and once again shared the results of the audition process on Instagram, writing, "There are moments in life that you dream about for so long and then one day they become your reality... This dream has been years in the making and I wouldn't change my journey one bit!"

Emily Awbrey was an immediate fan favorite during the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders audition process in 2025, as "America's Sweethearts" documented her transition from cruise ship dancer to NFL cheerleading hopeful. Her close friendship with fellow cruise ship dancer and potential rookie, Faith Ward, was a fixture of season three of the docuseries, which made it all the more devastating when Ward made the team and Awbrey was sent packing. 

Despite being cut, Awbrey kept things positive. The Oregon-born dancer called the audition process "the experience of a lifetime" on TikTok, and the Netflix series showed her telling DCC director Kelli Finglass and choreographer Judy Trammell that she definitely planned on re-auditioning next year. Giving it another shot paid off for the brunette beauty — she shared the exciting news that she would be joining the squad on Instagram in July 2026. "I truly don't know how to describe this feeling or put into words how grateful I am. Fulfilling this dream means more to me than I can express," her caption read in part. Ward was one of the first to comment on her dancer pal's post, writing, "So proud of you." 

Amiyah Naulls has plenty of dance experience under her belt — she was a member of California State University, Fullerton's dance team and works as a dance teacher — so it's no surprise she had the moves to make it as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. The talented beauty clearly wowed the toughest critics — DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell — and landed a coveted spot on the squad and became one of eight rookies in 2026. 

Naulls, who hails from Lake Elsinore, California, celebrated the achievement on Instagram with a carousel of photos. She seemingly shares a very special relationship with her fellow rookies, as she shouted them out in the caption, writing in part, "This journey has been the most incredible blessing I've ever experienced. And to all the girls I've met during this process I love y'all down bad. You are truly my rookie sisters, and our bond goes so far beyond dance. I couldn't imagine a more perfect group."

Former University of Central Florida cheerleader Lexi Smith is a recent college grad — so this was the first time she could make it to Texas to audition to be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Smith's cheerleading background helped snag her a coveted spot on the 2026 squad — and it appears that also came with a pretty drastic makeover. While the Florida-based beauty seems to have previously been brunette, she's seen in her official DCC photos sporting gorgeous red hair. 

While we'll have to wait for Season 4 of "America's Sweethearts" to see if that's the result of the infamous DCC makeover, Smith is just feeling very grateful for this exciting opportunity for now. In July, she took to Instagram to announce her new role, writing in part, "I cannot wait to dance on the sidelines for America's team this season!"

Becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader is no small feat — it takes a certain aesthetic and a whole lot of talent. Haley Bogdon certainly had the latter down after spending years on the University of Arkansas dance team. The native Texan also has the brains — her Instagram bio reveals that she's not only joining one of the most prestigious cheerleading squads on the planet, but she's also a registered nurse. 

The rookie announced she was adding DCC to her resume on Instagram and added a special shoutout to DCC director Kelli Finglass, choreographer Judy Trammell, and Dallas Cowboys owner Charlotte Jones, writing, "To @dcc_judy, @kellifinglass, and @cjonescowboys, thank you for believing in me. It is an honor to wear this iconic uniform, and I promise to represent this team with humility, hard work, and gratitude every day."

Rookie Aubrey Rogers hails from Santa Clarita, California. As this brunette beauty dons the iconic blue and white uniform, it won't be the first time she cheers for a professional sports team. Rogers has two seasons as a Laker girl under her belt. The new DCC member has also shown some of her contemporary dance skills on social media in the past.

It seems Rogers' ultimate goal may have always been to rock those white cowboy boots on the football sidelines. While sharing the big news on Instagram, the new Texan wrote in part, "This has been the greatest blessing and a dream come true. I can't wait to wear this iconic uniform and carry on such an incredible legacy."

What a difference a year makes! Brianne Lindenau shared a lengthy post on Instagram in July 2025, revealing she didn't make it as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader after the intense audition process. "Although I did not receive the outcome that I was hoping and praying for this year, I feel SO unbelievably lucky to have had the opportunity of being a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp candidate this summer," the former University of Arizona dancer wrote alongside a video of her experience. 

The California girl didn't let the disappointment discourage her. She attended a DCC prep intensive course in January and returned to audition for the 2026 season a few months later, sharing a much different outcome in her July 2026 Instagram post. The gorgeous brunette wrote, "There aren't even enough words to describe the amount of gratitude and joy that I am feeling! My journey to making this team has been so special and I would not trade it for the world." 

Kate Rogge didn't have to travel far to audition for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders — the native Texan moved from Austin to Dallas. In 2025, Rogge wrapped up four years as a cheer and pom dancer at The University of Texas at Austin, before graduating that spring. After leaving Austin, Rogge had a positive experience trying out for the 2025 DCC squad, but was ultimately cut.

Fortunately for the blonde beauty, 2026 was her year. She rounds out the class of eight rookies and shared the exciting news on Instagram in July, calling it the "honor of a lifetime" in her post. "After looking up to this organization for my entire life, being apart of this group of 36 incredible women is an immense privilege!" Rogge wrote alongside a carousel of happy photos.
