Why Bachelorette Fans Think Clare And Dale Are Being Disrespectful
The series may be called The Bachelorette, but it's essentially The Dale Show at this point. Clare Crawley is clearly very into Dale Moss. She inexplicably has a pair of his pants in her hotel room. He got her first impression rose. He was the one who comforted her after Yosef Aborady called her out for that naked dodgeball date. There's no doubt that Dale has been a comforting presence to Clare, but the same can't be said for the other cast members. They had to wait around while Clare and Dale made out in a hotel room for about an hour. Then, he interrupted the time that Clare spent with other men... other men who already had significantly less time with Clare. It really rubbed the men the wrong way to the point where they wondered if Dale and Clare talked before they started filming the season.
When Dale's around, no one else seems to have a shot with Clare. Even when Dale is not around, it seems like none of these guys actually have a shot with Clare because, well, when he's not there, Clare wishes he was there, which she has admitted to during her confessional interviews. It's normally adorable to see people finding love on The Bachelorette, but many viewers consider Clare and Dale's antics to be disrespectful.
Clare Crawley and Dale Moss ditched the group date
Did Dale Moss and Clare Crawley forget that they were on a group date? It's great that Clare knows what she wants, but she did sign on to date a bunch of guys, not just one. She doesn't appear to be giving the other suitors a fair shake. Now, some Bachelorette viewers are slamming Clare and Dale for being disrespectful. One viewer tweeted that "Clare and Dale are being straight up disrespectful. Like two high school mean girls giggling at their lockers."
Another fan tweeted, "okay but she is disrespectful to all the guys other than dale, he has had 40 minutes to talk to her and she just lets him talk to her again and doesn't give the other guys anytime, stop wasting guys time clare." One viewer posted, "Not Clare asking to hurry the other guys along cause she truly does not care about anyone but Dale. This is so rude and disrespectful to the guys." Yes, she actually did mention "hurrying" to get through her interactions with the rest of them.
Another social media user shared, "The fact that Dale spent an hour with Clare on the group date is just like seriously? Should've just put him on the one on one. Like that was disrespectful to the other guys on the group date." Yes, we're all pretty sure how Clare's journey will probably end, but why didn't she just take Dale on a solo date?
