Gwen Stefani's Rockefeller Center Look Has People Talking

Singer Gwen Stefani is known for her edgy style and has been a significant fashion inspiration for many, long before being a coach on The Voice. The No Doubt singer has been pushing style boundaries since the '90s.

Stefani became engaged to singer Blake Shelton in October 2020 after five years of dating. A source revealed to Us Weekly that the couple would be exchanging vows at a chapel built on the grounds of Shelton's Oklahoma ranch. "Blake built a chapel on the grounds of his Oklahoma ranch. He did it himself with help, They are going to get married in the chapel, most likely early next year," a source told the outlet. News outlets first linked Shelton and Stefani as a couple in 2015 after meeting as judges on NBC's competition series, The Voice.

The singer made quite the fashion statement during one of her performances at the 2020 Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting event. Though she actually switched outfits for each of her performances, it was one get-up that really had tongues wagging. Continue scrolling to find out how fans reacted to the look.

Gwen Stefani went full-on Little Bo Peep for her Rockefeller Center performance

Wearing a red and white crop top and skirt, along with a matching hat, all by designer Christian Siriano, Gwen Stefani once again showed off her unique style. According to Page Six, Stefani performed her Christmas single, "Here This Christmas," while wearing the ensemble that also showed off her very toned abs. It is no wonder that she looks so fit, as she loves working out. "I like to do squats and lunges and light weights. I don't go crazy like I used to. I do just enough to make my body feel good," she told Shape in October 2019.

Stefani's look created quite the stir on social media, with one fan tweeting a side-by-side photo of the singer and Little Bo Peep along with the caption, "Who wore it better? @gwenstefani vs. Bo Peep #RockCenterXMAS." One Twitter user thought that perhaps the outfit was in homage to her clothing line, writing, "Little Bo Beep was a shepherd of the sheep! I think that is adorable considering her L.A.M.B. brand." While one user compared the singer's outfit to a late Hee Haw star, tweeting, "The hat is actually closer to Minnie Pearl minus the tag."

Joining in on the fun was Stefani herself as she retweeted the side-by-side of her and Little Bo Peep. With fashion choices like these, we are waiting in anticipation for a glimpse at Gwen Stefani's wedding dress.
