Why The Bachelorette Men Tell-All Might Look Different This Year

Right off the bat, this season of The Bachelorette was unlike any other. Filmed during a global pandemic, Clare Crawley's journey as the Bachelorette involved quarantining, COVID tests, and a change of scenery. Rather than the signature Bachelor mansion in Agoura Hills, Clare and her suitors holed up at the La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, Calif. In case that wasn't enough of a change of pace, we got to witness a major swap in who was handing out all those roses.

Just a few episodes in, Clare fell head-over-heels for contestant Dale Moss, got engaged, and left to pursue her show-shattering version of a happily-ever-after. That meant producers had to think outside the box in order to keep the season moving along, despite losing their original lead. Luckily, they brought in Tayshia Adams, a fan-favorite from Colton Underwood's Bachelor season, and she's been nailing this whole Bachelorette thing ever since.

As you may suspect, since this season is anything but typical, that means the reunion special won't be exactly the same either. According to Bachelor spoiler extraordinaire Reality Steve, this season's Men Tell-All episode will be a bit different. Keep reading to find out how.

You won't see all your favorite 'Bachelorette' contestants at the Men Tell-All

As usual, Reality Steve (real name Stephen Carbone) has got the scoop. The polarizing blogger — who's beloved by the spoiler-savvy, begrudged by those who appreciate a good surprise — first reported that this season's Bachelorette Men Tell All will be airing on Dec. 14, 2020. ABC confirmed this after the Dec. 8 episode, where a trailer showed snippets of the upcoming sit-down between contestants and Tayshia Adams.

But apparently not all the guys will be there to air out their dirty laundry — and they filmed the segment quite a bit in advance. Typically the tell-all is filmed 10 days in advance, per the outlet, so doing it a whole month early is new. The tell-all was filmed at a luxury resort in Pennsylvania called Nemacolin, which is the same spot new Bachelor Matt James is filming his season, per Screen Rant.

Slight spoilers ahead. Reality Steve spilled that only nine contestants will be at the tell-all, writing, "Barely anyone was there... I know of six who were definitely there: Jason, Yosef, Demar, Ed, Bennett, and Noah were for sure there... So a 9 person MTA with one guy who never even met Tayshia (Yosef), and one guy who barely met her and eliminated himself (Jason), just seems quite bizarre."

Perhaps it is "bizarre," but thankfully, we've still got three episodes to go after the tell-all, per Reality Steve's estimate. So that gives plenty of time for this wild ride to wrap up!
