Justin Bieber has made it clear he plans to make 2021 his year. After the coronavirus pandemic postponed his 2020 Changes Tour for his fifth studio album, Changes, he went right back to the recording studio. He released a number of songs in the second half of 2020, including singles "Holy" in September and "Lonely" in October, plus a collaboration with Shawn Mendes called "Monster" in November. He then rang in the new year with his first live concert in almost four years. "It felt like the right time to do it. And, to be honest, we all needed something to bookend the year," SB Projects' Jules Ferree told Variety following the performance.

Bieber kicked off 2021 with his new song "Anyone," which talks all about his passionate love for his wife Hailey Baldwin. The song is off the "What Do U Mean" singer's upcoming album, which he has confirmed is nearly complete.

Justin Bieber is putting on a surprise concert

Although Justin Bieber is in love with his wife Hailey Baldwin, he hasn't forgotten to give his loyal fans a sweet Valentine's Day surprise. Fans are buzzing with excitement after he announced on Feb. 11, 2021, that he will perform his whole Journals album on TikTok on Feb. 14 and offer a re-airing of the show on Feb. 15.

"I'm excited to bring this show to life," Bieber said in a statement, per Variety. "Journals is one of my favorite projects and I've never performed it live. I'm grateful to TikTok for helping me to bring this show to everyone on Valentine's Day." Bieber released Journals in 2013 as a digital-only compilation before taking a break from music and life on the road.

Upon the announcement, Bieber's fans flooded his social media comment sections with messages of gratitude and support. "justin bieber performing his journals album on valentine's day was specifically for me. he knew i need that," one fan teased. "can't wait to spend valentine's day with justin drew bieber listening to the highly underrated album journals," another stated. An additional fan admitted he might log on to TikTok just for the show. "i'm so against tik tok but i might cave just for the boy," the person tweeted.

The concert will stream live from Bieber's Drew House on TikTok on Feb. 14 at 9 pm EST and re-aired Feb. 15 at 2 pm EST.
