How Jen Shah Really Feels About Her RHOSLC Castmates

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City just got even chillier. After queen bee Jen Shah was arrested in March 2021 on "federal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in connection with a purported long-running telemarketing scam," per NBC New YorkJen is now turning the tables to discuss her costars.

During the first season of RHOSLC, Jen went head-to-head with frenemy Mary Cosby, creating a divide amongst the friend group. Cousins Heather Gay and Whitney Rose seemed to side with Jen, while Meredith Marks and Lisa Barlow tried to stay neutral supposedly out of fear. It was no surprise to fans that Heather and Whitney chose Jen amid the drama. The blonde duo on the surface seemed to have the most in common with the "Shah Squad" leader: all three share a love of hip hop and left Mormon Church, with Heather and Whitney both choosing to part ways with the religion following their respective divorces

Now, Jen has seemingly spoken out about her onscreen pals. We reveal the latest drama after the jump.

Jen Shah has a lot to say

RHOSLC star Jen Shah used the Bravo reality TV cameras to her advantage, but her offscreen behavior may now be getting her into more trouble. As of early April 2021, Jen is still active on social following her arrest. "Thank you for being loyal, believing in me and not believing this hype," Jen wrote on her Instagram Stories (via Page Six). "This journey has showed me who my true friends are." Hmm, could that be a dig toward her Bravo castmates? Co-star Heather Gay reportedly wrote that she was "shooketh" by Jen's legal trouble, as Page Six reported, so it's possible.

But wait, that's not all — Jen supposedly called out Heather in November 2020. According to alleged voice memos obtained by Reality Von (Tea)se, Jen threatened to "BUST [Heather's] s**t wide open" and seemingly implied the RHOSLC cast is racist. In a separate alleged text message, Jen called both Heather and Whitney Rose "boring and stale AF." However, it's important to note here neither Jen nor her camp has verified the authenticity of the alleged texts and audio recordings. Until Jen releases a statement, all of this boils down to rumors.

So, where did Heather and Jen's friendship go wrong? Jen and Heather had a falling out ahead of the Season 1 reunion, yet on March 19, 2021, Jen told Distractify that she hoped to reconcile with her former BFF. "Friendships go up and down," Jen stated. "The love is there, but there just needs to be a chat so that things are really put behind us so we can move forward with a fresh start." Now it seems Jen is through trying to mend their relationship. Perhaps the RHOSLC cast will have better luck befriending rumored new Housewife Jennie Nguyen!
