Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's relationship has been an emotional roller coaster. The pair was first linked in September 2016 when they were spotted on vacation together in Mexico, and made their first official appearance as a couple in Miami, per Us Weekly. Just two months later, the "Good American" co-founder revealed to Jimmy Kimmel during an appearance on his show that she was spending time in Cleveland, where Thompson played for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
In December 2017, Khloe confirmed she and Thompson were expecting their first child together. In April 2018, when Khloe was nine months pregnant, things went downhill when Daily Mail posted a photo and video of Thompson kissing another woman at a New York City club, and TMZ released footage from October 2017 of him kissing multiple women at a Hookah lounge in Washington, D.C. The "Revenge Body" host gave birth to daughter True just days after the cheating news broke.
The couple stayed together despite Thompson's infidelity. In February 2019, however, Tristan Thompson allegedly hooked up with Kylie Jenner's longtime best friend Jordyn Woods, causing the pair to break up again, per People. They continued to co-parent True together and quarantined together during the COVID-19 pandemic. Things were looking up for the couple, and they even discussed conceiving a sibling for True via a surrogate — but the pair broke up again in June 2021.

Tristan Thompson is no stranger to dating gorgeous women. Thompson dated Instagram influencer and model Jordan Craig from 2014 to 2016, per Us Weekly. Shortly after the pair broke up, Craig discovered she was pregnant, and the couple welcomed their son, Prince, in December 2016. In May 2019, the couple ended up in a custody battle, which resulted in Thompson agreeing to pay $40,000 to Craig each month, as well as $200,000 in retroactive child support.
The Celtics player was also briefly linked to Larsa Pippen. The former "Real Housewives of Miami" star revealed the pair dated on an episode of the "Hollywood Raw" podcast, claiming she brought Thompson out to L.A. and introduced him to the Kardashians. Then, during one of the "off" periods in True's parents' on-and-off relationship, Us Weekly reported that Thompson was spotted with model Karizma Ramirez multiple times in New York City during February and March 2019.
There have been no reports of Thompson dating anyone new since his last split from Khloe Kardashian.
