Beyonce Has A New Tiffany & Co. Commercial And The Internet Is Loving It

Beyoncé has been telling us for years that she's "***Flawless" – and now she's proving it once again. The star has certainly made no secret of her passion for jewelry over the past several decades and is known to be the proud owner of some stunning (and seriously expensive) pieces.

Back in 2015, the superstar showed off that love in a major way when she hit the Grammys red carpet dripping in $10 million worth of jewelry. Yes, $10 million. This was definitely no quick dash to Claire's Accessories, as Us Weekly reported she rocked everything from chandelier earrings to pricey cocktail rings on her right hand fingers from famed jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz.

But, this is Beyoncé, so of course she's upped her red carpet game since then. Fast-forward a year to when she hit up the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards dripping in $13 million worth of diamonds and jewels, again courtesy of Lorraine Schwartz (via Yahoo). That pricey display included everything from rings to earrings to bracelets, which has us saying "Bow Down."

So with such an obvious love for jewelry, it's a natural fit for Beyoncé to team up with one of the most famous and prestigious jewlery companies in the world, right? Right! So that's exactly what she did. Beyoncé joined forces with Tiffany & Co. for a stunning campaign, and it's safe to say the internet is pretty much obsessed with the whole thing. Scroll on for what you need to know.

Beyonce is one of only three people to wear the famous Tiffany Diamond

Beyoncé first made headlines in August when Tiffany & Co. revealed that they'd teamed up for a new project. The company announced that the superstar had become only the third person to wear the stunning 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond, with one of the others being none other than Audrey Hepburn (via Vogue). The yellow diamond featured on a necklace which has more than 100 carats of diamonds and gorgeous promotional snaps showed Beyoncé looking every inch the queen in the iconic piece.

The following month, Beyoncé's Tiffany ad debuted, also featuring her husband, Jay-Z. In the minute-long ad, Beyoncé can be seen playing piano with the iconic necklace draped over her back as she performs the classic "Moon River." The video shows her apart from Jay-Z as he plays old home movies of her wearing the necklace, while she's seen making her way back to him on a private jet and then in a luxury vehicle wearing the yellow diamond.

The campaign is titled "About Love" and appears to show Beyoncé giving a nod to Hepburn's character in "Breakfast at Tiffany's," Holly Golightly. It was shot by the director of Beyoncé's "Black Is King" project, Emmanuel Adjei, and was described by Tiffany & Co. on Twitter as showing "an iconic love" and "a beautiful story."

And it didn't take long for the praise to start pouring in from fans around the world...

Twitter had a lot to say about Beyonce's Tiffany & Co. campaign ad

Twitter was flooded with comments about Beyoncé's Tiffany & Co. ad, despite the campaign initially raising a few eyebrows because of the ethics surrounding diamond mining.

As more and more people across the country and beyond saw the simple yet elegant commercial, more and more praise flooded in for its timeless beauty. "That Tiffany & Co Commercial with Jay Z and Beyoncé is fire," one person tweeted, while another wrote, "Credit where it's due: The Beyoncé/Jay Z/Tiffany's ad is gorgeous." "I love the response that the Tiffany commercial is receiving! Everyone is loving the Moon River cover! Beyoncé did that again," a third person commented with a crown emoji. "Gotta say, that Tiffany commercial with Beyoncé and JayZ is pretty damn awesome," another wrote.

Others even joked that Beyoncé and Jay-Z deserved an Emmy for their work as the ad played during the commercial break for the 2021 Emmy Awards on September 19. "Wait. Where's the #EMMY2021 for @Beyonce & Jay-Z's Tiffany commercial? God, that was gorgeous," one person tweeted, while another wrote in all caps, "CAN WE STOP AND GIVE BEYONCÉ ALL THE EMMYS FOR THAT TIFFANY COMMERCIAL." Agreed!

Looks like this is another big win for Queen Bey!
