When Tom Brady of the New England Patriots was mentioned, Reid said, "Have kissed." She even added, "He's pretty good looking."
That complimentary comment marked a change of tone from a previous report. In February 2008, Perez Hilton claimed an eye-witness attended a Super Bowl party in Italy with Reid, who told the fellow guest, "F**k Tom Brady ... I hope the Giants win." Granted, there's no confirmation that's actually true. It's also worth noting that the Patriots were playing the New York Giants that year, so maybe Reid, who's originally from New Jersey, was just staying loyal to her tri-state area roots.
Things may have ended because Tom Brady was 'kind of boring'

According to an April 2002 article from the now-defunct CosmoGirl (via People), Reid had her eyes on the athlete post-split from ex-fiancé Carson Daly. That gossipy nugget asserted that Reid was "ready to move on and has asked her agent to introduce her to the hunky New England Patriots quarterback (and Super Bowl MVP) Tom Brady."
Later that fall, rumors surfaced that Reid and Brady had dated for about a month, according to the Daily Mail. What did that whole dating thing look like? The Boston Herald spilled some tea: Reid supposedly attended a game at Gillette Stadium in fall 2002 and sat with Brady's sister and best friend. Post-game, they reportedly celebrated together, and later that week, they were spotted out and about at two restaurants. Some insiders reportedly claimed Brady and Reid were "just friends," but the Boston Herald said Tara and Tom were also spotted kissing at a club.
Why did this alleged fling run out of steam? One source had this to say about one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time: "He's kind of boring."
