The Transformation Of Milania Giudice From Reality TV Baby To 20-Year-Old
Milania Giudice has quite literally grown up in front of Bravo cameras. Born on February 2, 2006, she is the daughter of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" (RHONJ) stars Teresa and Joe Giudice, whose marriage ended in 2019. Giudice's older sisters, Gia and Gabriella, were born in 2001 and 2004, respectively, while her younger sister, Audriana, joined the family in 2009. Giudice was just 3 years old when RHONJ premiered. Fans of the show have watched nearly every stage of her life play out on television, and in a family filled with big personalities, Giudice had no trouble standing out. As a kid, she never shied away from expressing herself.
Over the years, fans also saw the Giudice family weather some incredibly difficult chapters. For example, Teresa and Joe both went to prison on fraud charges, with the latter ultimately being deported following his release. Then, in 2019, the former couple announced their decision to divorce. Through it all, Giudice has remained close to her family, especially with her dad, who now lives in the Bahamas.
After high school, Giudice enrolled at the University of Tampa, where she is studying advertising and public relations. These days, Giudice is a long way from the little girl who first popped up on reality television. From an outspoken Bravo kid to a college student building a life of her own, she's undergone quite the transformation. Let's take a look.
Milania Giudice made her reality television debut on Bravo
Milania Giudice didn't need to be in the opening credits of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" to prove she has main character energy. From her earliest appearances on the Bravo series, she had a knack for stealing scenes from the adults around her. Her childhood antics eventually became such a memorable part of RHONJ that Bravo put together a retrospective of the Giudice girls' most unforgettable moments, including Giudice sneaking out of the house to play in the snow and celebrating her fifth birthday.
Giudice also became known for saying pretty much whatever was on her mind. One of her most memorable moments came when she famously demanded, "Gimme pizza, you old troll," while talking to her dad, Joe Giudice. Other scenes involved Giudice wreaking havoc during a trip to the grocery store and turning a visit to the hair salon into must-see television.
By 2017, E! News was celebrating Giudice's greatest RHONJ moments, praising her humor and sharp comebacks. While Teresa Giudice may have been the reason the cameras were rolling, her third daughter quickly became a star in her own right.
She quickly became a fan favorite on RHONJ
It didn't take long for RHONJ viewers to fall in love with Milania Giudice, and she quickly became a favorite Real Housewives kid among viewers. In 2014, E! News even joked that she deserved a spin-off of her own, and she was only 8 years old at the time! Part of Giudice's appeal was that what viewers saw was exactly what her family got at home.
Teresa Giudice offered a little more insight into her daughter's personality in a 2014 Bravo blog, explaining that there was another side to Giudice when the cameras weren't around. "I know you only see her acting out, but she loves attention and likes to play up when other people are around. In private though she's a sweetheart," the mom of four wrote.
Fans weren't just laughing at Giudice's antics, either. Many genuinely seemed to love watching her grow up. As the years went on, viewers got to see different sides of her, and plenty of people who remembered her as the outspoken little kid on RHONJ kept following along. It takes a certain kind of personality to stand out on a show filled with drama, but Giudice managed to do exactly that.
Her parents were sentenced to prison
Milania Giudice's childhood took an unexpected turn when her parents were sentenced to federal prison. In 2014, Teresa and Joe Giudice pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and multiple counts of bankruptcy fraud. Prosecutors argued that the then-couple submitted fraudulent documents to obtain mortgages and other loans and later concealed assets and income during their bankruptcy proceedings. Joe also pleaded guilty to failing to file a tax return after earning nearly $1 million between 2004 and 2008. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison, while Joe received a 41-month sentence. A judge agreed to stagger their sentences so one parent could remain at home with their four daughters.
Giudice was only 8 when her parents were sentenced, and although Teresa initially said her younger daughters hadn't been told exactly what was happening, it was clear Giudice knew something was wrong. By the time Joe was preparing to report to prison, Giudice understood much more. "You're going away for a lot more months than mommy," Joe recalled in an interview with "Entertainment Tonight."
Years later, Giudice opened up about what it was like having parents incarcerated. While the girls were able to visit Teresa every week, seeing Joe was more difficult because his prison was several hours away. "Me and my dad were always really close. Like, always. And we still are best friends, but I didn't think he was never gonna come home. I just didn't think that," she said on a 2023 episode of her mother's podcast, according to Bravo. "With my mom, she was coming home, we visited her every single week, [her prison] wasn't that far away. My nonna came with us," she added.
Milania Giudice had a secret YouTube channel
Long before TikTok became the place to document your every move, Milania Giudice was busy making videos on YouTube. In 2016, Us Weekly reported that Giudice had a secret YouTube channel, and the content was exactly what you might expect from a 10-year-old who was already perfectly comfortable in front of a camera. Her homemade videos included makeup tutorials and dance lessons.
One video featured Giudice and one of her friends teaching viewers how to "lean and dab," while another had them trying on a collection of wigs. But perhaps the best glimpse into Giudice's budding influencer era came courtesy of her makeup tutorial. As she demonstrated her routine, Giudice confidently picked up a tube of concealer and mistakenly called it a "bronzer" (via YouTube) before applying it all over her face.
When Bravo asked Giudice about the videos, she explained, "I just do it to have fun and to play with my friends." Her mom, however, could already see some potential. "She really wants to get into all of this, I just figure it'll be when she gets older, but maybe that's her start," Teresa Giudice said. The YouTube channel currently has about 1,600 subscribers, and it's still live for your viewing pleasure.
She appeared on the runway during New York Fashion Week
Milania Giudice got an early taste of the fashion world in September 2016, when she walked in the Rookie USA Presents Kids Rock! fashion show during New York Fashion Week. Giudice and her younger sister, Audriana, participated in the show, which featured children's clothing from several major brands. Her mom, Teresa Giudice, was on hand to cheer them on from the audience. Giudice hit the runway wearing a black top and printed shorts. Teresa proudly shared a video of the moment on Instagram, writing, "Milania walking the runway at @rookie_usa love her gladiators #fashionweek." From the video, Giudice didn't appear to be intimidated by the occasion. She confidently made her way down the runway before striking a pose for photographers.
While Giudice didn't end up pursuing a modeling career, fashion has definitely remained a big part of her life. Her Instagram feed doubles as a personal lookbook, with Giudice regularly showing off everything from dressed-up evening looks to bikinis. She's also no stranger to posing for the camera, whether she's snapping photos on vacation or getting glammed up for a night out. Of course, her style has changed quite a bit since her childhood modeling days.
She released her first — and only — single in 2019
Apparently, music runs in the Giudice family. Back in 2011, Gia Giudice wrote an emotional song about the tension between her mom, Teresa Giudice, and her uncle, Joe Gorga. More than a decade later, "Waking Up in the Morning" would take on a life of its own when the clip went viral on TikTok. Years later, Milania Giudice took a decidedly different approach to her own music career.
In 2019, she released "I Can't Wait to Grow Up," which she recorded with Fetty Wap's producer Nitt the Gritt. On an episode of RHONJ, Teresa explained that she hoped music could give her daughter an outlet while Joe Giudice was in prison. "Even though my daughters will see him and text with him all the time, Milania lashes out," Teresa explained (via Distractify). "I want her to express herself and Nitt suggested singing and rapping could help her get through this hard time," she added.
Giudice went all in on the experience. She performed the song in front of family and friends and later filmed a music video, complete with a Teresa cameo. There was even a premiere party at Dave & Buster's, where sister Gia, Joe Gorga, and several other RHONJ cast members turned out to show their support. Giudice didn't become an international pop star, but "I Can't Wait to Grow Up" hasn't completely disappeared, either. In 2022, she dusted off the track while visiting her dad in the Bahamas, proving that even Giudice can appreciate one of her throwback moments.
Milania Giudice was all grown up at her Sweet 16
Milania Giudice marked a major milestone in February 2022 when she turned 16, and Teresa Giudice made sure to go all out for the special occasion. The birthday festivities started at home with a blue-and-green cake and a massive coordinating balloon display. "From the very first photo to every photo now you absolutely steal the show, you keep everyone laughing and have such a sweet gentle soul. You are the best big and little sister ... and I can't believe its your sweet 16! Love you today and all of my tomorrows!! Happy birthday beautiful girl," Teresa Giudice captioned an Instagram post at the time.
A few days later, Giudice got the full Sweet 16 treatment with a more elaborate party. The centerpiece of the dessert table was a three-tiered cake decorated in shades of blue and green and topped with gold candles — the numbers 1 and 6, spelling out 16. Giudice, who wore a floor-length, one-shoulder emerald gown, shared some photos of the soiree on her Instagram feed, writing, "It was all a dream." Her hair was styled in soft waves, while her glam included long lashes and rosy makeup. Photos of the celebration showed just how much Giudice's look had changed by her teenage years.
Fans thought she looked just like her mom at prom
In June 2024, Milania Giudice attended her senior prom. The teen was dressed to the nines in a shimmering, off-the-shoulder, white gown that featured a high slit. She wore her brunette hair in long curls and accessorized the look with extra-sparkly jewelry. Giudice posed for photos in the backyard of Teresa Giudice's massive New Jersey home and shared some of the snaps on Instagram. "Last dance," she captioned the prom photo dump.
Many longtime RHONJ fans couldn't help but draw a comparison between Giudice and her famous mom. "Mini Teresa," one fan commented on Giudice's Instagram post. "Beautiful. For a minute I thought it was Teresa," another Instagram comment read. "She look like her momma so much," a third Instagram user added. The resemblance wasn't the only thing getting attention. Many fans couldn't get over just how grown up Giudice looked in her prom photos, proving that she's no longer the sassy kid from Jersey.
She graduated from high school in 2024
Shortly after prom, Milania Giudice would say goodbye to the place she spent countless hours over the past four years of her life: her high school. She celebrated the occasion with a series of photos on Instagram, keeping her caption appropriately short and sweet. "Bye high school," she wrote, adding the graduation cap emoji. Wearing her emerald green cap and gown, Giudice posed for photos on the school's football field; she held a large bouquet of white roses with a ribbon banner that read, "Congratulations. We love you."
Teresa Giudice attended the graduation ceremony and documented some of the festivities on social media. Before heading to the school, Teresa filmed her daughter getting ready. "You look so beautiful," Teresa said in a video that was posted to her Instagram Stories at the time (via Bravo). Teresa also captured the moment Giudice's name was called and the graduates tossing their caps into the air.
One person who couldn't be there to celebrate was Joe Giudice, who lives in the Bahamas. "Congratulations to my beautiful daughter wish I was there, Good job Milania I'm so proud of you," he captioned an Instagram post. Giudice found a pretty sweet way to include him later that summer. She packed her cap and gown for a visit to the Bahamas and put them back on to pose with her dad. "Brought graduation to the Bahamas," she captioned an Instagram post in August 2024.
She moved to Tampa, Florida, for college and joined a sorority
Milania Giudice spent some quality time with her family and friends before packing up and moving to the Sunshine State for college. Saying goodbye wasn't exactly easy, as evidenced by a video posted to her TikTok in which she was clearly emotional, realizing that she was leaving home. However, there were some positives for the big move to Tampa.
"Honestly, I have grown so much to hate the cold. I'm so over the cold weather," she said on an episode of the "Namaste B$tches" podcast (via Bravo). "I knew I want warm weather, because I'm so over the cold. I just want to be close to a beach." There was another major perk: Florida put her much closer to her dad, Joe Giudice. "Whenever I have a few days off from class or something, I'll go see my dad. It's go[ing to] be so great," she said.
Giudice wasted no time acclimating to college life. Aside from focusing on her studies at the University of Tampa, she also joined a sorority. "Oh my God, I love my sorority so much. My family's so amazing. Like, I love every single one of them," she said on a June 2025 episode of her sister's podcast, "Casual Chaos with Gia Giudice." Overall, Giudice seems to really be enjoying her time in Florida, as evidenced by her social media posts.
Milania Giudice completed her sophomore year of college in May 2026
By the spring of 2026, Milania Giudice had another year of college under her belt. She marked the end of her sophomore year at the University of Tampa with plenty of photos from her life on campus, including a look at one of her final sorority events of the semester. Dressed in a yellow gown for Sigma Delta Tau's formal, Giudice celebrated the occasion with friends. "Formal. Sophomore year done," she captioned an Instagram post in May 2026.
A few weeks later, Giudice was already feeling nostalgic about the year she'd left behind. She shared another Instagram carousel filled with some of her favorite memories from sophomore year, including photos with her sorority sisters and other snaps from her time in Florida. "Thank you @uoftampa and Tampa for the best sophomore year. Missing it all already," she wrote. With two years down and another two to go, the star had officially reached the halfway point of her undergraduate degree. It's just the latest chapter in the untold truth of Giudice.
She celebrated her 20th birthday in 2026
It's hard to believe Milania Giudice is all grown up — but here we are! Giudice officially left her teenage years behind on February 2, 2026, when she celebrated her 20th birthday. While turning 20 may have been a big deal for Giudice, the occasion also gave her dad, Joe Giudice, a chance to look back at just how much his daughter had grown. He marked the day by sharing plenty of sweet throwbacks.
"Happy Birthday my beautiful Milania. From the moment you came into my life, you've been nothing but pure fire, love, and strength. You've always had your own voice, your own mind, and the biggest heart. Watching you grow into the young woman you are today makes me so proud words can't even explain," he captioned an Instagram post. "I'm so grateful to be your dad. Never stop being you — bold, fearless, and real. Daddy loves you always," he added.
The birthday was a particularly fitting milestone for the Giudice kid we've watched transform over the years. And Joe's collection of throwback photos had us missing the 2010s-era RHONJ days in a big way.
