John Legend Opens Up About Fatherhood Since Welcoming Baby No. 2

John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen make a great team.

On Monday, June 11, 2018, the "A Good Night" singer opened up to Us Weekly about how the couple's daily routines have changed since welcoming baby no. 2 last month. He had caught up with the magazine while attending the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation's Blue Diamond gala at Dodgers Stadium.

"When Chrissy's breast-feeding, I'm out playing with Luna in the yard," Legend, who also performed at the event, began. "The idea of splitting up is a little different than what we had before. But it's good to have two of us there to handle the two of them."

The married pair, who tied the knot in 2013, share 2-year-old daughter Luna and newborn son, Miles. "He's so tiny," the "All of Me" singer said of their second child when asked if he looks more like mom or dad. "If you look at Luna's pictures, when she was a couple weeks old she looks a lot different now than she looked then. So we'll give him time to grow into his face."

As Legend, who recently revealed the musical meaning behind his children's names, went on, he said that parenthood has made himself and the Lip Sync Battle co-host "more of a team, even more so than we were before." He explained, "When you have a joint project like this, raising kids together, I think for us, it's brought us closer together."

And it sounds like the proud parents plan on one day expanding their family of four. "I don't think so!" the R&B star admitted after being asked if they were done having children. "We'll probably have more."

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Legend, 39, and Teigen, 32, welcomed their second child together on May 16, 2018. The parents-of-two first announced that they were expecting again in November 2017. They had undergone in vitro fertilization treatments, which they'd done in the past.

After confirming the sex of their baby in January 2018, Teigen, who has spoken openly about her battle with postpartum depression, revealed that Little Miles' expected due date was in early June. The supermodel later marked the occasion with an adorable snapshot of her baby boy on social media.
