- Natalie moved from being an intern to the lead morning anchor of a one-hour and thirty-minute newscast within six months of working at her first television job out of college and has since written articles published in national news affiliates like Newsweek, MSN News, and CNN.
- She co-hosted, guest-hosted, and shared daily entertainment headlines on Western South Dakota's first lifestyle entertainment show, "Good Morning Black Hills."
- As an experienced producer, Natalie also created a new series in the summer of 2020 designed to show kids at-home activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her "Fun In The Sun" series co-host was a 13-year-old aspiring Disney actor with Down syndrome named Grayce.
- Natalie is a freelance writer who covers all of the latest pop culture and celebrity news. With nearly four years of experience as a writer, reporter, host, producer, and content creator, she's dynamic when it comes to entertainment, television, and media production. Despite successfully studying biology for the majority of her college education at South Dakota State University, she decided to change her major to journalism with an emphasis in broadcast a year before her graduation. After graduation, she excelled at an internship in the summer of 2019 where she explored the news industry in Rapid City, South Dakota. Natalie's eagerness to learn and maintain a good attitude quickly helped her grow and become a leader in the newsroom.
Experience
Outside of work, Natalie loves to sing, golf, cook, attend movies, watch reality TV (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or Selling Sunset, typically) and travel. She is a loving dog mom to her 4-year-old toy poodle, Theo, who has been on television three times and has his own Instagram. Natalie joined Static Media in January 2022. Her next goal is to start a podcast.
Education
Natalie has bachelor's degree in Journalism and minor in Human Biology from South Dakota State University, having taken courses ranging from organic chemistry and anatomy to video production, design, and digital media. She's experienced with writing and talking about numerous health and wellness topics from working closely for years around medical professionals and her time as an emergency room and hospital nursing assistant.
